#thenonstopcollective

Based in the Southern Alps of France, this month-long camp blends pro coaching with remote backcountry, great people and an off-the-beaten-track resort known for its uncrowded slopes and off-piste zones. You’ll stay in the beautiful, cobble-stoned village of Villeneuve just steps away from the slopes of Serre Chevalier, as you master freeride skills and learn to navigate the backcountry through specialist coaching, touring clinics and avalanche workshops.

Each week concludes with a trip to a nearby ski area, including Cesana in the Italian Alps, the French ski region of Queyras, and backcountry mecca La Grave, an unpatrolled zone of soft snow and steep faces. Accommodation is in cosy, hosted and deliciously catered French chalets, before the three-day ski touring finale to remote lodge Refuge Buffere, set amidst some of the most spectacular terrain in the Alps. Led by seasoned guides, you’ll self-propel yourself to mountain summits before enjoying fresh turns on each descent.

With 24 spots available on the camp – for solo travellers, couples or small groups – you’ll share the experience with like-minded snow-fanatics and forge great friendships along the way. We are also encouraging participants to travel by train in a sustainability drive, through inclusive transfers from Briancon or Ouix stations.

Youll love this course if: you’re keen to spend an extended period of time in the Alps; you want to boost your all-mountain skiing and begin your ski touring journey; you’re up for meeting a ready-made group of new friends.
